“The Chemistry”

Green chemistry is at the heart of our company. We use bio-based materials to supply our customers with the most environmentally-friendly and safe products, which combine high performance with ready biodegradability.
 
Our key technology is the chemistry of molecules derived from vegetable oils and animal fats. We use state-of-the-art facilities to both develop and produce our wide range of oleochemical products. Ambitious investment programs are in place at each of our factories, which enable us to develop our own innovative production technologies.

Apyree’s performance depends on having a highly skilled, motivated and talented workforce that unleashed their competence to create and innovate performing products.
 
Attracting and retaining the right people to be able to contribute to the complex projects we work on is crucial for the company success. Hence, we have a bias towards building in house-capability and promoting from within the organization

"The People"

However, to fulfil or expansion needs, we decided to maintain graduate recruitment in 2015, albeit at a very low level. We have worked to maintain our visibility in the graduate job market through cooperate with university on certain research projects. 

We also provide a broad range of opportunities for our people - from on-the-job learning and mentoring programmes through to the help from external institutions.

Our key technology is the chemistry of molecules derived from nature resource. We use state-of-the-art facilities to both develop and produce our wide range of products.  Hence, we highly depend on the mother of nature for our raw materials, so it is important for us to preserve the mother nature.

At Apyree, our production processes are try to use renewable natural resources. By source raw materials from responsible suppliers, we help to contribute to the preservation.

Besides, all our product is following below approach to best preserve the earth:

1. Design production process that best reducing consumption of resources -such as water and energy
2. More fuel efficient machinery selected in our manufacturing facilities
3. Recycling waste by designing high yield production processes
